Enrollment for Pre-School (PS 3) and Pre-Kindergarten (PK 4)

Families interested in enrolling a child in our Early Childhood program must meet the age eligibility requirements and complete an online application at MySchoolDC.org.

Please note:

• PS/PK attendance is not compulsory in Washington, DC.

• DCPS does not guarantee a seat for all PS/PK applicants.

• All families—whether in-boundary or out-of-boundary—must enter the lottery to be considered for a seat at Thomson ES.

 

Enrollment for Kindergarten–5th Grade

Families living in-boundary for Thomson ES may enroll their child at any time during the school year and are guaranteed a seat in grades K–5. To complete enrollment please visit https://aspen.dcps.dc.gov/aspen-login/go

 

A child must be 5 years old on or before September 30 of the current school year to enroll in Kindergarten.
