የቶምሰን አንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ተማሪዎች የመጠየቅ፣ እሴቶች እና ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ስኬት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ወደ አለምአቀፍ ዜጎች የሚያድጉበት የመድብለ-ባህላዊ አካባቢ ነው።
